- personal data processed under your Commercial Agreement if you are a customer of the FLYR Hospitality platform — please refer to the privacy provisions in that agreement; or
- the data practices of any third-party websites linked from this website.
3. Personal Data We Collect
3.1 Data you provide to us
When you complete a form on this website, we collect the information you submit, which may include:
- full name and job title;
- business email address and telephone number;
- company name and industry; and
- the content of any message or enquiry you submit.
3.2 Data collected automatically
When you visit this website, we automatically collect certain technical data, such as:
- your IP address and approximate geographic location (country or region level);

- pages visited, time spent on each page, and the referring URL; and

CRM and marketing automation: HubSpot, Inc. (United States)
Used to manage enquiries, demo requests, and marketing communications. HubSpot processes data on the basis of a data processing agreement in place between us.
Website analytics: Google LLC (United States)
Google Analytics 4 is used to understand how visitors use this website. Data is processed in accordance with Google's data processing terms.
Website hosting and infrastructure: Vercel Inc. (United States)
Vercel hosts and serves this website. Vercel processes technical data including IP addresses as part of providing hosting services.
We require all service providers to implement appropriate security measures and to process personal data only for the purposes specified.
7. International Data Transfers
Some third-party providers identified in Section 6 are based in, or process data in, countries outside the United Kingdom. In particular, HubSpot, Google, and Vercel operate in the United States. By using our website, you consent to the transfer of your personal data to the United States.
When we transfer personal data outside the UK, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place. These safeguards may include:
- reliance on UK adequacy regulations where the destination country has been assessed as providing adequate protection; or
- the use of the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, as applicable.

8. How Long We Keep Your Data

10. Children
Our website is directed to and is intended to be used only by persons who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
